| Bird Grad PRO-PLUS features birds' distress cries and predator bird calls on a | ||
| microchip. The birds perceive danger when they hear these sounds. They become | ||
| agitated and disoriented: they think their flockmates are in trouble so they flee. | ||
| New features include enhanced random operation for speaker selection and sound frequency. Every six seconds a randomly selected sound is broadcast at a randomly selected frequency out of a randomly selected speaker. It sounds like there are many different birds in distress spread throughout the protected area. |
| A user-replaceable EPROM recording chip can now be easily changed in the field in order to use different recorded sounds. |
| Species-Specific and Programmable. This model targets birds with a species-specific approach - not scattershot. There are eight bird sounds on the unit including predator calls. Each of the eight sounds can be turned on or off as needed. You can set the volume, time off periods (between sound blasts), and whether the bird sounds play in random or sequential order. These options make it virtually impossible for birds to get used to any one pattern. | ||
| The unit features two built-in amplifiers and 2 external speakers, for high-volume, crystal-clear digital sound output. The generating unit mounts easily to a post or pole using the included mounting hardware and bracket. The two speakers with cable allow many diverse sound coverage patterns, including long narrow applications. | ||
